A quieter way to find playdates in the Netherlands.

For parents whose social network doesn't yet speak the language. Find families nearby with children the same age, and propose a time at the park — in two taps.

Free during the early period. No app to download.

Your child is two. You moved here last year. The other parents in the speeltuin already know each other.

The first year of parenthood is quiet enough on its own. Add a new country, a new language, and weekday mornings can stretch on. We built Speelafspraak for the parents in that quiet — to make the first introduction feel ordinary, and the second one easier.

How it works

01

Tell us about your family

Your name, your child's name and age, the neighborhood where you spend most mornings. Nothing more than that.

02

See nearby families with children the same age

We surface a small, considered list — same age band, same neighborhood, similar week. Not a marketplace. A short list of plausible matches.

03

Propose a time at the park

Pick a morning, a place, and a short note if you'd like one. They reply when they can. Nothing happens in between.

A note on trust

We try to behave like a thoughtful neighbor, not a network.

Real first names and verified email addresses, nothing else. We don't ask for last names, phone numbers, or addresses.

Location is at the neighborhood level, never precise. Amsterdam-Oud-West is as specific as it gets.

Children are never shown as profiles. No photographs, no names visible to strangers — only the first letter, an approximate age, and a language or two.

You can leave at any time, and your data leaves with you.

Two taps. One morning at the park. Somewhere to start.
